- Most maintenance is performed in-house by our maintenance
supervisor, Tom Sharkey, or by members of his team. We also
utilize the services of many fine subcontractors to make sure the
apartments are kept in good condition.
- We will do everything we can to get your serious problems fixed
as soon as possible. If any major systems fail, we
will do everything in our power to get somebody on the problem as
quickly as possible to make sure you are inconvenienced minimally.
