Emergency Repair Criteria

We will provide, to the maximum extent possible, immediate service for the following types of problems:

bulletComplete Heating system failure.
bulletComplete Plumbing system failure.
bulletSecurity issues including broken windows or doors that will not lock.
bulletSewer system failure.
bulletComplete Electrical System failure.
bulletRefrigerator failure.
bulletAir Conditioner system failure.

Our ability to repair is, of course, subject to parts availability and the availability of staff to effect repairs.  Remember, if the emergency is a result of a natural disaster or other act beyond our control, we will triage repairs based on our assessment of the relative severity of the damage compared to the damage in other apartments.
