	Water and Sewer Service: Contact California Water Service at 895-8486, or click here.

	Broadband Internet: Contact Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or click here.  While we believe that DSL and Cable  Internet are both relatively poor quality products, on balance, we recommend Cable Internet as being slightly more reliable and better supported.
	Wireless Networking:  Parkview will install your wireless networking equipment and secure it from intrusion for a flat fee of $100.00.  Call the office for more information or download the Wireless Networking flyer from this page.  If you want to order this service from us right now, click here.
	Cable TV: Comcast Cable.  Comcast may be contacted at 1-800-266-2278 or click here.
	Pest Control:  Contact your resident manager at 895-3555.  Chippewa Pest Control, our contracted pest control company will be dispatched to deal with insects, vermin, and other pest issues.  There is no charge to you for this service.  If you have pests now that need control, please click here.
	Garbage: Parkview contracts with Norcal Waste Systems to provide garbage service.  There is no charge to you for this service.
