Zempel
 | Your Resident Manager, Amy Zempel, joined SFinvest
in 2006 and has worked extensively in our maintenance department. Amy
has extensive experience as a primary school teacher having teached for a
number of years at Progressive Schoolhouse. Amy is a graduate of CSU
Chico, and will be awarded her B.A. in Fine Arts in December 2006. Amy
is also an Herbologist with extensive training in western herbs. Her
children, Zoe and Violet live with her. Amy can be reached at

Your Property Manager, Shelly Gilcrest
| Your property manager, Shelly
Gilcrest, joined SFinvest in 2003, and was the Resident Manager at Parkview
until August of 2006. A California native, Shelly spent a decade in the
U.S. Navy working as an LVN until back injury made it impossible for her to
perform the strenuous work demanded of a nurse. Following her discharge
from the Navy, Shelly attended Washington State University, earning her BA
(Magna Cum Laude) in Liberal Arts in 2003. Her children, Kaelin and
Kylie, live with
her and attend Pleasant Valley High School in Chico.

Your Maintenance Supervisor, Tom Sharkey
| Your maintenance supervisor is Tom Sharkey.
Tom has worked in many areas of construction and maintenance for a number of
years. Areas of expertise include general maintenance, network wiring
and tile setting. Tom can be reached at
