Our Maintenance Subcontractors are
the best in the business!
Tom Sharkey heads up our maintenance team. We have a staff of
four maintenance technicians to handle our maintenance needs at our
properties.
Elite
Carpet Cleaning is our carpet cleaning contractor. In addition
to cleaning carpet, Elite is also state certified for mold and mildew
removal and will address these issues if they see them.
Pest
Control is provided by Chippewa Pest Control. Chippewa will come
out and deal with any pest issues you may have.
Our Goal: Quality Repair Quickly
We strive to
complete most repair requests within two business days after submission
of a work order.
Many times, we are able to provide next day repairs.
We
make every attempt to clear maintenance issues within one week, and will
call in subcontractors if necessary when our workload prevents timely
repairs.
If parts are needed
for an appliance, we will install a spare appliance if
possible.
